Since this March, according to the CPC Rongcheng Municipal Committee’s Directives for Activity Studying and Implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development in Rongcheng, Shidao Hotel Party committee has organized a leading group studying and implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, inspected, directed and supervised the study of each department. The hotel Party committee holds mobilization meeting for all Party members and middle-ranking officials, explains clearly the significance of the activity studying and implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, and summarizes the guiding theory, project objective and guideline of the activity. Additionally, the hotel Party committee puts forward the personnel range and learning time and stipulates three stages and contents of each stage of the activity.
During the study, the hotel takes theoretical study as core task, thoroughly carries out the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and the Third Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the CPC, follows the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of Three Represents, and thoroughly applies the Scientific Outlook on Development. According to the general requirement of “Hold the great banner, focus on the overall interests, serve the people, reform and innovate”, the hotel concentrates on the unity of thinking to enhance the confidence of all staff, further emancipate the mind, seeks the truth from the facts and persists in reform and innovation to enhance the consciousness and firmness of all staff on studying and implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development. Facing with the current economic and financial situation both at home and abroad, the hotel maintains smooth operation of its business, builds up the thought of “Turning crises into opportunities, scientific development, harmonious development and leading development”, transforms the ideas which are not suitable for or in accordance with the scientific development of the hotel, solves the outstanding problems affecting and restricting the scientific development, builds and perfects the systems and mechanisms good for the scientific development of the hotel. And the hotel improves the ability to grasp development rules, create development concept, transform development mode and solve development problems of leaders of each department, makes the operation and construction of the hotel in accordance with the requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development, and applies the Scientific Outlook on Development to the daily work of each department. In the course of study and practice, to the problem of the weakened management system of the hotel and not high service passion of some leaders and employees, the hotel holds meeting in due time, builds up platform to communicate and study the Scientific Outlook on Development mutually, deepens their understanding of the Scientific Outlook on Development, and lets them look at the problem with development view and carry out the work with scientific methods.
